Video into PowerPoint Presentation

I downloaded the PFC Pro 14 day trial to see if it would work. I can get the
video and mark the start and stopping point, but when I click to insert it
into my slide, I get a Visual Basic error message:

Private Sub MSWebDVD1_DVDNotify(ByVal lEventCode As Long, ByVal lParam1 As
Variant, ByVal lParam2 As Variant)

I am using Microsoft Office 2007 and Vista and a Dell 530 Inspirion DeskTop
