Audio -Video Capture test case is Failing .....Please Help,

Hi all,
I have written a AvStream Calls Video capture mindriver.
It previews fine and i have tried capturing video data through
AmCap.exe application. The captured file plays fine. (Driver has a
filter having only capture pin)

But during testing in HCT12.1 with Audio-Video capture test
following test case is failing . I have checked all the possible
options to get rid of it, but couldnt find the correct solution please
help me find out the problem..
