Video files

I'm on WinXP SP2 and for no reason I can think of, my browser's stopped
playing online streamed video (mpegs etc.), just comes up need to adjust
browser settings etc. Any ideas folks?

Look in your Internet Properties under Security tab and Advanced and Cookies. Set it to the least Security you
can think of. If your site works then you need to go back and harden the security until it don't work no more.
Then undo your last change and there you have it.

Rather than relax security for entire zone, he can move
sites in question fron Interet 2 Trusted Zone 1st and then
relax Trusted Zone if need be. Lets hope they're not in
Restricted Zone :)

may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)
 
I think the trouble with that is the media file may not be served from the same domain as the page's address location. They would have to look at the source for the media file. If I put microsoft.com in trusted zones would support.microsoft.com also be trusted? I believe it is supposed to work this way but does it really?

I kinda remember that it doesnt- think it does match on 1st
N chars. Not sure tho- give it a try!! No penalty involved.
