Video file not playing

I've embeded a video on a webpage using FrontPage 2003. On the preview the
page works fine, online it doesn't work at all. The page is at
www.kooterbrown.com/index3.htm.

Someone please take a look and let me have your advice.

Hello,

Works in IE 6 - you will need to wait for the whole video to download which
takes about 20-30 seconds and then it will start playing.
