video editing

Hi Folks,

Can somebody give me an idea of what kind of video editing
capabilities are included in Vista Home Premium? Have they included
anything that might do some of what Nero Ultra Edition does regarding
video editing, video recoding, and DVD authoring, or do I still need
third party software for that? Any advice would be much appreciated.

check the Vista section of my website... you get DVD authoring with the new
DVD Maker app, and movie editing with Movie Maker.
 
Does it have the ability to do recoding, to convert DVD Video files to
MP3 or MPEG-4 the way Nero Recode can?
