The error message is saying that it can't find a device. The only
devices it's probably looking for are the source and destination
drives. Since it seems to be finding the destination device (it could
be finding it for listing but not for using, or it could be finding a
DVD drive, but later finding that it can't handle that drive), the
only "device" left is the source device.
Or the error message could be wrong.
("Device" in this context can include the firmware in the drive and
the driver in the computer.)
