Video drivers needed

Mainboard: Anigma Pentium II Motherboard w/ Integrated AGP/Audio/DVD
Serial No: 4000274
Chipset: Intel
PC: Gateway 2000 P-333

I installed a PCI video card and enabled the PCI slot for video in the
CMOS. Windows device manager shows incorrect driver for the Standard VGA
onboard video. If the driver is NOT installed the dialog keeps popping
up to install the driver for it, even if I remove the device from the
list. Gateway's driver set download for this machine has the incorrect
driver for the onboard video.

Thanks

First you need to identify the video board...
(if you look at it the model and mfg should be on it)

then download the drivers from either the mfg or perhaps from
www.driverguide.com

if you cannot identify the board

from dos run

debug

-d c000:0040

<enter> video info will be displayed

q (to quit)

I found the Mpact2 driver set at the above site. Seven zip files (parts
1 - 7). Installed the video, dvd, and CD-ROM drivers. Errors are gone.

Thanks.

Glad you got it going...
I have actually found driverguide to sometimes be even better than the
mfg's
own site !
