all of a sudden all moving images are playing in what
lookes like anegative very washed out, my display is fine
for photos and notihg wrong whith monitor
 
Start Windows in Safe Mode. Uninstall drivers in Systems option .
Restart in Normal mode. Reinstall updated drivers. This should work
