video clip for email

How do I compress a video clip from MM2 to send in email. It takes too long
to upload unless there is a way to make the file smaller. New at this, any
information will be greatly appreciated, thanks, Chuck.

when you go to save you have many options for compression, probably just
going to save movie file and then email will be best. Although you don't say
how long the movie is, you need to make them short.
