video card error

hi i installed my very cheap video card.. ati mach32 ax
pci and windows xp says windows cannot start device (code
10) but when i installed it with 98 it worked perfectly

Have you checked at the ATI website to see if that card is XP
compatible...www.ati.com.

yes i have it says xp installs drivers by itself and yes it
does install them but it just gives me the error i cant
find drivers nowhere else either
