video capture not working

i have a message saying

"an interface has tomany methods to fire from ",i cant view the video ?,
any idea please in so stuck
 
Stop using Windows Movie Maker to capture the video and use third party
software instead.

Your choices range from Nero, to Roxio, to WinDVD Creator to
PowerDirector... and numerous others. WMM is not designed for analog video,
and it often refuses to play nicely with them.
