My Windows Messenger 4.7.2009 does not enable the Logitech Quick Cam USB Web Cam so when I make a video connection there is no video in the display. Also cannot see video of my contact. Any ideas to help? Thanks
 
:
Right click: My computer"
Select: "Properties"
Select "Device Manager"
Click the plus sign on "Imaging Device"
See if the camera is present.

Yes, it says "Logitech QuickCam Zoom #2". I can access it using the camera application, even when Windows Messenger is running, which confirms WM is not detecting it..
