VIA Bus Master IDE Driver

Ive re-installed Windows XP, however on start-up I get a
message about new hardware is not installed correctly.
Ive put in all my CDs but still above cannot be found. I
have no sound on Net Meeting and think its possible this
is the problem.

I am not too computer literate, can you help me please?

from www.viaarena.com as part of what used to be called the 4 in 1 drivers
and is now called the Hyperion driver package.
