vhchost.exe & durto32.dll

On startup I recieve a message that states that "vhchost.exe" is unable to
find "durto32.dll" and that reinstalling the application may solve the
problem.

I have no idea what program vhchost is associated with (or if it is really
necessary).

The only thing that I have installed as of late has been "SYMANTEC ANTIVIRUS
CORPORATE EDITION"

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
