and the TV but when i switched to the VGA setting on the TV it said no signal
what did i do wrong?
i heard that u have to make the laptop start transmitting the signal by like
pressing ctrl+F6 is this right? i have a Satellite A135-S4527 is this the
correct code ctrl+F6 or is it another one? and if its not can someone tell me
the right one or where to find it plz and thanx for the help=]

Yes, you would need to tell the laptop to use the external VGA port, rather
than the attatched LCD. As for the key to do this, you would have to check
your manual.

Juan,
If you can't find the right keyboard strokes you can still use your embedded
video card control panel.
It is usually accessible via Control Panel or by right clicking on the
Desktop and navigating the appropriate menues that take you to the Advanced
options of the card.

Juan,
