very large font size in message to send

When I prepare an email message my font size is very large. I don't
have the optoion to change my font size either. If I send a copy of
the message to myself the font size in the copy message as well as
other received messages looks normal.

Using Word as the e-mail editor? Make sure that your zoom-factor is set
correctly. You might need to make sure you have the correct toolbar enabled
to show the option.

I'd been messing around with default themes and fonts and not getting
anywhere.
