I can to establish an explicit trust between two Windows 2000-based domains
that are in different forests?
Exists a Microsoft document that confirmation it?

Provided you don't want both forests to wholly trust each other, you will
need to establish an external trust for it:

Not necessarily. I read this as an explicit trust between two domains in
two forests, not a transitive trust between two forests.

In which case, sure, you can create an external trust. Remember that name
resolution is key to this. DNS for sure. Possibly LMHOSTS or WINS...

Sorry guys, I went dyslexic. In 2000 you create external trust between
domains, in 2003 it can be between forest or domain and can be filtered.
