Vertical text not displaying

Hi all

I use Access 2003 and I have a report based on a crosstab query which is in
Vertical format. It works on all machines except one of our HP laptops. Has
anyone experienced this problem and know how to resolve it? MS Word will
print vertically but Access won't? It produces the report but the vertical
text boxes are all blank.

Hi Sue,

Just a guess, but it sounds like a printer driver issue to me. Try
downloading and installing the latest printer driver for the model of printer
that this laptop uses.

Thanks, I found a Microsoft article confirming this as an issue but with no
resolution. I have since found a workaround on Allen's site (thanks
Allan/Stephen!) http://allenbrowne.com/bug-06.html

Basically use font Arial CYR

Worked a treat
