Vertical Scrolls

Is there a way to have a vertical scroll box? Similar to a marquee, but up
and down instead of left and right?

Can you please tell me more about iirc, I'm not familiar with it.

I don't see anything resembling iirc under marquee properties. There is just
options for Direction (left or right), speed, behavior, size and repeat. Any
other ideas / suggestions?

You will need to search for a JavaScript vertical message scroller script.
