Version 2007 - change look

Is there a way to change the font of the items in the navigation pane? or
the menu items? I just upgraded to 2007 and it is difficult to view and
read some of the items. I can read emails, it's just the Outlook items
(menu's, folders, etc).
 
Not really. you can change the monitor DPI or resolution and change fonts
used in themes, but there is not a specific setting that will change the
folder list without affecting other applications.
