"Versato"--fail to create task bar

I started up my computer and there's a message: Versato--fail to create task
bar
What does that mean?? and how do I fix this?

Here is some more information about the process.

versato.exe:
http://castlecops.com/startuplist-4087.html

If that applies, you may simply disable the item (as it looks like an
optional item) from loading in Startup. Click Start/Run and type MSCONFIG.
Click Startup tab and uncheck the corresponding entry there.

I can't seem to find this item in the "Start up" as you said, but thanks
anyway. As long as it's not harmful to the computer I guess it's ok. : )

Have you recently installed keyboard software or anything related to hot
buttons? If so, start your troubleshooting from there and good luck!
