Verifying that my WinXP is REGISTERED

I was wondering if there was a way to find out if I actually did get my WinXP
registered back in 2002 when I got my system? I don't have internet access
on my computer, but I do have a holographic sticker with my product key on it
attached to the outside of my machine.
When I purchased my CPU in 2002, my WinXP was pre-installed and I didn't
know then that I should have asked to a copy of the CD Installation Disk.
Now I am experiencing problems that can be corrected easily with that CD and
I am trying to obtain one, and by finding out if I remembered to register my
OS with Microsoft, it would make what I am trying to do easier and faster.
I would appreciate any time or effort you give to me to help me get these
answers. And Thank You!!!

Microsoft is not responsible for getting you a CD or giving you tech
support. The XP install that came with your PC is likely OEM, therefore the
computer mfg is responsible for any tech support or CD replacement.

I guess I am S.O.L. in this situation. Hine sight is 20/20. When I can
afford to buy a new computer I will know better and definitely ask for the
Disks for any software that is preinstalled on the computer. Thanks anyways.
