Verify Switch error message!

Howdy Folks...

I have a user with Outlook 2002 on a Win 2000 machine.
She can open/save all attachments except for .jpg. When
she tries to open (or, after saving, then tries to open
the saved file) the jpg file, she gets the following
message "The command line argument is not valid. Verify
the switch you are using."

But...she isn't using a command line! There are no
switches involved! Help!
