Verify connecting client based on several factors

Good Evening,

Currently I have a win2k domain with a win2003 terminal
server to allow customers to access our network resources
via their own internet connection. This works fine
except that i would like to tighten things down a bit
more. I need a solution that only allows a client with a
specified computer name, and workgroup or domain name,
and IP and subnet into the network. Does RRAS have the
ability to do this, and how would I set it up?

RRAS allows specification of Remote Access Policies which can be used to
constrain the connections that can be made into the RAS server.
