.vcf attachment

i cant open my .vcf attachment. I think is the configuration problem.
anyone can help up. Please advice, thank you.
 
Nothing happen. No matter how many time i double click, it won't open.
Please advice.
 
If you save it to your hard drive, what happens?

Also, what program is set to open contacts here: Control Panel > Internet
Settings applet > Programs tab
