I assume you mean a CD burned using MM2, which are WMV files with a HighMAT
menu structure. He might not be able to view the menu with the HighMAT
viewer, but with a fairly new version of the Windows Media Player, he
should be able to open the WMV files.... provided he's on the internet at
the time so the needed codec is automatically obtained.
