vcard in contacts

I received a contact attachemnet and opened it, It was in Quickview format.
It automatically downloaded and replaced my V-card option when forwarding
contacts. I deleted Quickview from my computer and now can't open any
forwarded contacts. Is ther a way to re-set the v-card in outlook?

If you right click on a VCF file can you choose "Open With" and then select
Outlook to be the default program?
