vcard - cannot create

Using XP Home and Outlook latest version. When I call up my name in the
Address Book, I do not get the Export option on the File menu - it is grayed
out.

Help appreciated.
 
Wrong command. Select the contact in your Contacts folder and choose File |
Save As.
