vCal multiple events file bug

In Outlook 2003, if I drag and drop a very simple vCal .vcs file with two
events defined in it, only the first event appears in the Outlook Calendar.
Same bug if I open the .vcs file from a link on a web page. However, if I
go through File > Import > vCalendar VCS file, then both events are imported
correctly. Palm Desktop calendar also reads the file correctly, so I do
not believe it is a syntax issue.

That's just the way Outlook works. It can handle a multi-event file only through the import wizard.
