Exporting whole calendars to .vcs or .vcal format

Hi. I'm trying to export more than one calendar entry (those that I create,
along with all the old recurring entries I've put in Outlook already) to
..vCal or .vcs format. What I'm really trying to do is move my Outlook 2003
calendar onto my iPod so I dont' have to buy a PDA.
