VBScript: File Transfer Manager

I've just installed WinXP with service pack 2 on a new
computer and i'm attempting to download a file from msdn
and get the following error:

'VBScript: File Transfer Manager - There was an error
launching the File Transfer Manager'

Any ideas how to fix this?

I have the same problem... did you get this solved? I am trying the
workaround on the site, but I do not get the ActiveX warning to popup
so I cannot tell IE that it is ok.
