VBAEN.OLB library not found in Excel 97.

I have Windows 98 OS and Excel 97. I am getting "VBAEN.OLB library damaged or
missing" when I stert Excel. The original disks cannot be found to
re-install. I have ensured this file is in the SYSTEM folder, but it still
occurs. I can run Excel, but no macros. Is there a fix?

By far your best way out is to obtain some disks. Your local MS office could
help with these. It is obviously not correctly registered.
