VBA to alter selection in a Drop Down Box

Howdie.

I need to write a macro which selects an existing dropdown box (Drop
Down 810) and irrespective of the current selection, changes the
selection on it to the first option. It currently has three options.

Any ideas of what the VBA would look like would be most appreciated
