VBA PASSWORD HELP

hello all,

a former employee of this company had made a database and
has password protected the vba code, since i have now
taken over in this persons position i need to go in and
edit some of the code but it asks for a password when i
open the code window, is there any way around this or a
way to find the password so i can change the code i need
to change to alter the forms i need to alter. there is no
documentation on the database and it is used by the
company on a daily basis. i need a little help on this
maybe a vba program that can test passwords or something
along that nature.

any ideas?
