VBA events in Outlook 2003

Hi,

Is it possible to configure outlook 2003, to enable to fire-up VBA events,
when outlook is launched from right-click menu Send to->Mail recipient
command? When I try to do it now, this action does not fire-up ItemSend event
automaticaly.

No, because Send To uses Simple MAPI, not OUtlook.
