VBA Corruption

Wondering if anyone has had this happen or heard of it
happening.

I'm using Access 2000. After hours of coding in VBA and
debugging. With everything appearing to work correctly.
I will shut down access and when I go to reopen the
application, the code behind the forms is unaccessible -
my computer just sits there trying to open the code. I
have to shut down access, using task manager. The forms
can run and can be looked at in design view, you just
can't get to the code. At this point I have to go to a
backup "good" copy and start again. It has started
happening to existing applications when I make changes to
forms/reports.

Oh, it is happening on 2 pc's. If anyone has heard of
this happening, I have more information on specifics of OS
and verions of office, vbe6.dll's, etc.

thanks for any help...

Hi, Patty.

Does your computer have a component of Office XP or Office 2003
installed, but Office 2K SP-3 is not installed? Did you import or
copy/paste a form, report or module into the current database without
compiling the code before closing the database? If so, please see this
Knowledge Base article concerning a nasty bug:
