VB.Net wizard

I would like to know if there are wizards in VB.Net like VB6 that allow you
to build quick applications? If so are there any tutorials or books that
cover this feature?

Joseph,

There is one, the "dataform wizard" you can find as item. Beside to try once
and to learn, I will not advice you to use it, because when you want to
change things, you are mostly direct in trouble.
