Hello,

I am attempting to create a macro or rule for a co-worker to use in forwarding emails that come in to other individuals to follow up on; essentially automating the distribution process.

Currently, she has to manually go through this process:

1. Identify the request of the client using an automatically filled field when the request is sent.
2. Forward the email request to an indiviual within the correct department.

This is a relatively simple process to automate using the rules wizard in outlook. Complications arise, however, because she needs to rotate through a selection of individuals to distribute workload evenly. At this point, I have been unable to find an existing rule to perform this function.

I am unfamiliar with Visual Basic, but was told that I could possibly make a macro to perform the task.

My question is, rather than reinvent the wheel, has anyone else designed a macro to perform this function or similar enough to this that I might adapt the code from?
