vb code disabled in trusted location Access 2007 db

I have been working on an Access 2007 db (.accdb extension) without a problem
for several days. It's in a trusted location and the macros are enabled.
Today I opened the database and the macros and vb code are disabled. Does
anyone have an idea how to fix this?
