Sounds like you either created a new PST or a new mail profile and PST. In
Control Panel's Mail applet, click the Show Profiles button. Do you see more
than one profile or a profile you do not recognize?

Instead of Show Profiles, click the Data Files button. Do you see your
existing PST or a new one?

Brian, Thanks for the reply, when I go to control panel and then to mail
there is no "profiles" button. Are you talking about control panel off the
start menu?

Yes I am. After starting the Mail applet, you should see three buttons:
"E-mail Accounts", "Data Files", amd "Show Profiles".

when I click the mail button my two mail accounts are listed on the left and
on the right top top bottom there are "add", "remove", "properties", "set as
default" "import", and "export" buttons

What version of Outlook are you using? Click Help>About and post what you
see?

Outlook 2000 office

OK. You're using Outlook 2000 in Internet Mode Only mode. Perhaps you
acceidentally added a new PST. Click File>Open>Personal Folders File and see
if there are PSTs other than the one you're currently using in the location
that opens. If so, select one of the others and click OK. See if it contains
your data. If so, make it your delivery location.
