Vanished XP Theme

I installed the "Longhorn Transformation Pack" from
http://www.softrom.ro/3720.asp (I'm really desperate for a
working sidebar - it's just such a cool idea), yet when I
unistalled it, it stole my Windows XP Theme, so I'm stuck
with ugly classic until someone can let me know how to
recover it, or where else I can install it from. Please
help!

Why did you install it ?? It sounds cool. looks like you
have neither now, no longhorn or Xp.

Yeah, I tried system restore to a variety of different
dates, but am greeted with the same error message when I
come out of reboot: that the original settings could not
be applyed and the system restore failed. Do you know if
there's just anywhere that I could download the theme from?

I managed to retrieve my theme for any of you who find
yourself in the same position. As odd as it sounds, by
simply downloading the StyleXP program trial, the XP
theme reappeared, and has remained, even now that I've
uninstalled it. For the record - forget any WindowBlinds
etc. crap - all it does is screw up your comp.

If you have saved your theme, then yes it is recoverable, otherwise
you will have to set it up again from scratch.
