Values Returning Text

I am trying to get a value in B3 of more than or equal to 30,000 to
return the word "Standard" in cell F3. I must be missing something in my
formula. Please help!! Thanks in advance.
 
=IF(B3>=30000,"Standard","Not Standard")

try this in F3:
=IF(B3>=30000," Standard","")
works for me :)

Another way........

=LOOKUP(B3,{0,30000},{"Not standard","Standard"})
