values for current record in datagrid

Dear Pros,

I have a form and a subform in datasheet view.
I need to get current record values in a column of the subform.
I wish that the subform woud contain a column named ie, "NO" and look like:

NO ProductID SerialNumber
=== ======= =========
1 prodx 1111111
2 prody 2222222
3 prodz 3333333

Any help appreciated!
