Validation

I want to know how to use validation in on of the columns as drop down list,
but I want the values to change in the other boxes in the same row. Lets say
I have a value in B3 and thats the drop down list and if i select something
from the list, the values or words change in C3, D3 and E3 is there anyway to
do this?
