Validation rule required please

Hi everyone,

I've forgotten what the validation rule is when you want
NO LETTERS in a field.

I remember it starts with:

NOT LIKE

then there's some '' but i've forgotten what the middle
bit is. i think there are some * in it too.

HELP!!!!
