Validation on text

Right, the database shows how to validate and limit figures and numbers, but
how do you validate text? so like, what is the validation rule to sayy that i
dont want more than say 15 characetrs entered into a specific text box?

Then put in your error message in Validation Text

There's a number of ways to do this, but if you set your field size in your
table to 15, Access simply won't allow your users enter more than 15
characters!
