Validation and autocomplete

Hi all,

I have a cell that contain a drop down list via
validation. Is there any way to make input into this cell
autocomplete, so I only need to enter a few letters and
Excel picks up the rest.

You can put the source list for the validation in the
cells directly above the cell containing validation. Then
hide the contents of these cells.
