validate account

For 5/day now I keep getting "validate account" when I try to validate
(system goes to sign in page on line) but then I am still unable to use my
Outlook 2003 to send/rec. emails, any suggestions ?

And you are validating your account with WHICH e-mail provider?
And just what is "validation"?
You know what you are talking about.
