V1@Gra spam zombie

I keep getting returned mail with the message:

Your message to: (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed)
was blocked by our Spam Firewall. The email you sent with the following
subject has NOT BEEN DELIVERED:

Subject: Fwd: Val.i.um < :X:ANAx $ V1@Gra ~ V1cod1n .S.oma ? Pn/t/ermin

It looks like my computer is sending out email to different users trying to
promote Viagra without my permission. I keep getting returned mail delivery
has failed messages. Outlook express shows no emails sent in the sent
folder. I tried a virus scan. It finds no viruses. I have a firewall and
the emails still get through. I have no idea what program is causing the
emails. I ran a couple of different adware programs, and they find no
adware.

Anyone know how to get rid of this spam zombie?
Please help. Its driving me nuts.

It is possible 2 things are taking place

1 the returned emails are actually viruses (there are a few of those) or
somebody who had your address is sending out the spam and the virus they
have is going thru their address book and putting those people as the
sender. If you had a virus the virus would be"dumb" if it admitted where
the SPAM came from honestly! If you could look at the headers they would be
forged more than likely!

Boot to safe mode after downloading the latest virus definitions
Delete all the temporary internet files you have and run disk cleanup to get
rid of your regular temp files then run a scan with all the settings set to
the most sensitive and make sure you are scanning all files, get it going
and go have breakfast.
If it comes up clean then don't worry about it.

Also download adaware and run it.
