v.2003 - To.. button not working

I just upgraded from v.2000, I cannot use the To.. or
Cc.. buttons when making a new mail message. There is an
alert: Could not complete the operation because the
service provider does not support it.
I know this isn't the case because it was working fine
until the upgrade.
